Bowl On The Go – Cancellation, Deposit, and Event Policy

At Bowl On The Go, we’re committed to making your mobile bowling experience fun, safe, and stress-free. Please review the following policies before booking your event.

Weather Policy

Weather conditions such as rain, high winds, or other severe conditions may impact our ability to safely operate. In the event of inclement weather, Bowl On The Go reserves the right to reschedule your event for the safety of your guests and our staff. No additional charges will be incurred for weather-related rescheduling.

Deposit / Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable if the scheduled event is canceled. However, they can be applied toward a future date if available, or used to reschedule your event, pending our approval and scheduling availability.

Event Site Requirements

  • The event space must be on level ground to safely operate the mobile bowling lane. If the location does not meet this requirement, Bowl On The Go reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event at our discretion.
  • If your event is at a park or public space, it is the responsibility of the customer to obtain all necessary permits and approvals. Failure to provide proper documentation may result in cancellation without refund.
  • Truck and trailer are approximately 65 feet long and require at least 80 feet of Parking space and 12 feet of clearance height

Service Area and Travel Fees

We proudly serve Peoria, Arizona, and the surrounding areas within a 20-mile radius.

For events located outside of this 20-mile service area, a fuel surcharge will apply. This fee will be disclosed and confirmed prior to booking, and will be clearly outlined in the terms and conditions acknowledgment.

Responsibilities of the Booker

The person who books the event with Bowl On The Go is responsible for the behavior and conduct of all parties and guests attending the event.

It is not the responsibility of Bowl On The Go to supervise or babysit attendees. Please ensure that all guests follow safety guidelines and are respectful of the event space.

Photo and Video Consent

By booking an event with Bowl On The Go, you agree that Bowl On The Go reserves the right to take photos and videos during the event. These media may be used on social media, marketing materials, and our website. If you do not wish for photos or videos of you or your guests to be shared, please inform us prior to the event.

Terms and Conditions Acknowledgement

By booking with Bowl On The Go, you acknowledge and accept all terms outlined in this Cancellation and Deposit Policy.

A mandatory checkbox will be required at booking to confirm the following:

  • "I have read, understand, and agree to the Bowl On The Go terms and conditions, including the cancellation and refund policy."
